Contacted customer service before purchasing a concert poster that had the wrong tour dates on it, was lied to and told that this was just a mock up and that the poster sent out to me would have the correct dates on it. Poster arrived and lo and behold it had the wrong dates. Have tried several times to get in touch with customer service to get a refund, however I am now being ignored. Amateur company with even worse service.

I had a really positive experience shopping with Stormateeca. The website is easy to navigate, products are clearly described, and checkout was smooth. The shirt I ordered arrived as expected, with good fabric quality and sharp print that matches the product images. Communication was clear with order confirmation updates, which made the process feel reliable. Overall, a solid choice if you’re into fandom, tour merch, or pop culture designs.
