This is a horrible website. I bought a product from them. When I receive it the product has no exp date. No address. No origin. No tag and code! It’s totally a fake stuff. Don’t order from them

This store is a scam.. do not buy anything or order anything from them.. they take your money and pretend to send the delivery, then they say you did not provide the correct address.. please people.. be wearing about this fake scamming site!!

This company is very crap. I ordered some items around 1 month ago and i still haven't recived it so i advise you not to buy anything from this rubbish company.

Bought carrot crap serum and like all the other reviews I should have read before I bought the rubbish product that did nothing. And when they wrote back said they had sold 1000’s and no negative reviews .. funny how I found all these !!? And yes no offer of refund or credit ..! Pathetic terrible company and customer service .. I have worked in customer service for years and go by the saying , treat others as you’d like to be treated ,fairly, and yes ,sometimes I do feel like screaming at them , in person or on the phone , or if I’m wearing a very obvious uniform and they ask if I work there and I say, who me ? I just wander from room to room .. But I don’t and I try to leave the customer feeling as if I tried my best ! But they keep emailing me (after I’ve told them how terrible they are ) and say how sorry they are but can’t do anything and I think , I see the words but all I hear is bla bla bla ......

The carrot oil ingredients do not match what's on the bottle. I am allergic to many of their ingredients. I requested a refund times and no one responded. I only received the products yesterday after a terribly long delays. Their customer service is disgusting. To upset a customer more by giving them the refund within when it is meeting their company policy and delaying is shocking. BUYERS BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!

Don’t trust them. I bought something from them and still haven’t got it after 5 weeks. I even can’t track where my order is. Also no reply to my enquiries. They are con.

All these too good to be true products all on different websites are all 1 cheap low quality China crap they have different websites so when 1 gets shut down or doesn't make money they just move the crappie junk they sell to the next 1 but all run by 1 team or company all scamming cheap quality China crap all low quality stuff comes from there but people still fall for this 1980s style of false advertising and buy never buy from unknown companies pay top dollar go to the big boys get the big toys

Don’t buy anything from this company. I asked where the product was coming from and I did not get a response. I took almost a month to receive the product. I tried the product immediately when it arrived, and it didn’t do anything compared to what they showed on their website. Luckily I didn’t spend that much money and I’m not gonna waste my time trying to get a refund. Because it’s been almost 30 days from the day that I ordered it so I would never get a refund anyway. So stay away from this company if they send you anything on the web block it immediately.
