I ordered a shower head here and when I received it, it had a big crack on it going all across the side of the shower head so powerful streams of water was coming out from the side of the shower head, rendering it close to useless. I contacted Storeigo and told that my product got damaged during shipping a few days after I received the product, and their response was: "As per our store policy, we can only accept request for product replacement or refund within 48 hours from the delivery date of the item." What a joke. Stay away from this place.
