My experience with Ubisoft Connect has been very disappointing. While Ubisoft has some good games, many recent titles feel poorly optimized on PC and often seem to require expensive hardware to run smoothly. I also don't like that some games include paid extras such as cosmetics or boosters. I believe Ubisoft should focus more on optimizing its games and improving performance before releasing new titles. Players with average PCs deserve a better experience."

I discovered on August 2, 2025, that my Ubisoft account had been hacked and the email ID was changed without my knowledge. Despite providing proof of purchase through Steam, payment confirmation, and even showing that my Steam account had been hacked and recovered, Ubisoft still refuses to help. Their support continues to send generic, automated replies stating they "couldn't verify ownership," even though I provided multiple forms of evidence. I can still play the games through Steam, but the account remains linked to the hacker’s email, and I have no access to change settings or unlink the account. It's frustrating that a company like Ubisoft doesn't have proper escalation routes or real human verification for cases like these. Steam support handled my issue quickly and professionally — Ubisoft should take notes. I just want my account back or at least have it deleted if it can't be recovered.

Le site ne fonctionne pas correctement, il y a des bugs de chargements lorsque je veux consulter les promotions de l'hiver, c'est encore pire via l'application Ubi Connect, il ne se passe rien (a part le logo Ubi qui ne s'arrête pas). Le site propose un abonnement hors de prix qui n'a pas de sens, nos achats ultérieurs pouvaient nous rapporter 20% sur la prochaine commande, mais pour cela il fallait des pièces... c'est fini, tout ça, ils suppriment chaque année les pièces, rendant l'achat moins intéressant. Déjà que j'ai beaucoup de mal avec Ubisoft qui à un égo surdimensionné, alors là... c'est fini, depuis Watch Dogs Legion je n'ai plus rien acheté, ils ont arrêtés la franchise après avoir fait un mauvais choix de destination dans Watch Dogs Legion (Londre)... Sérieusement, il n'y a pas un petit génie à l'intérieur pour dire à Ubi que c'est une mauvaise idée le choix de Londre? Bref, après avoir très longtemps soutenu Ubi à l'époque de Bolloré (faut admettre, que cet ère là, était TOP !), je lâche l'affaire avec Ubi, au même titre qu'EA et Activision !
