WARNING TO EVERY PARENT: Think twice before ordering from School Specialty/SchoolKidz. If your child needs school supplies by the first day of school, do not assume this company will deliver on time even if you order months in advance. I placed my order on June 23, giving the company more than enough time to process and ship it before school starts. Instead, I’ve been left with delays, vague explanations, and no real answers. Every time I ask for an update, I receive another excuse instead of a solution. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of urgency. Parents have deadlines too. We rely on these supplies being delivered so our children can start school prepared. Missing those deadlines creates unnecessary stress that could have been avoided with honest communication and competent customer service. I have repeatedly asked for answers and even requested management involvement, yet I still don’t have a confirmed shipping date. Parents should not have to spend weeks chasing a company after placing an order well in advance. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and based on the way this has been handled, I would not trust this company with another order.
