Ordered 1 book to be delivered to the UK. Ordered a book about weeks ago. They said they dispatched it 10 days ago. After 8 days of it not moving I emailed about it's status. I got no reply. I emailed again the next day. No reply. After 10 days it finally made it to the post processing in California. As of today it is still there.
