Very poor customer and online service
Very poor customer and online service. One with worst I ever had, I’ve Try to order 2 times already from official website. Strongly not recommend this website/ online store

Freight Carriers Fault.
This review is for there online service. Everything goes well until your expected purchase does not arrive. For the last four days it has been out for delivery, even though it’s not directly Goorin Bros fault, you would think they would accept responsibility, they blame the carrier fedex. They say it’s out of there hands. Yet they have my money. I will never again make an online purchase from them. Remember the carrier is an extension of your business.
