Poor Product Support
I ordered an FLV webpart for Microsoft SharePoint. I received the files but no installation instructions. I tried using the site's ticket system on three different occasions and even called and spoke with a customer representative who assured me that he would get the developer to respond to my request. Now, also a month later, all I have is a bunch of useless files and $50 down the drain.
