I don’t recommend this company. There were hidden fees and the customer service to resolve these issues was poor. I was left hanging and had to follow up multiple times to resolve issues.

Lots of hype, but the initial luster fades so quickly. They acquired a bunch of different 3PLs going bankrupt and tried to stitch that together with some tech they built themselves but you can see how disjointed the operations are so quickly when you work with them. The delivery times are very long and it is so hard to get connected with people who can actually help. And the technology might look good in the demos but the operations that are supposed to run on it fail all the time.
