I was shocked with such a convenient experience!
I called a local storage chain looking for a unit with criteria and price range in mind. Though there were none available in the area I was looking, the agent referred me to storage.com with a phone number and the gentleman there helped me into a unit that fit my price range and criteria in a different location. Friendly and extremely convenient! Thankful for these guys!!

Joe was very upbeat and helpful.
Just to say Joe rose to the occasion when there was not a smaller unit available and gave me a creative solution to my need. I am very happy. I just hope something smaller will be available at the time I'll need but I've got some time to play. Yay. Good work!! Thanks, Georgia Witkowski

Excellent service from Kyle your storage professional which helped to reserve the storage facility on a Sunday!!
I couldn't find a storage facility this Sunday. Kyle from Storage.Com helped me with my storage needs by helping me find a storage facility close to my home so that I could move in today. Thank you for all your help Kyle and for your courtesy, knowledge and professionalism. I recommend this site site for all your storage needs. It saved me a lot time.
