$2,500 Will Buy You a Lot of Things... Apparently Not a Website.
For $2,500 you could:
Take your family on a weekend trip to Disneyland.
Buy a premium riding lawn mower.
Put a nice down payment on a used boat.
Purchase a top-of-the-line smoker and enough brisket to feed the neighborhood.
Upgrade your backyard with a new patio set.
What it didn't buy us? A functioning website.
Nearly three months later, our website still wasn't complete. Even worse, it advertised us as a roofing company when we're a landscaping company. That's not a minor typo; it's a fundamental mistake that sat uncorrected despite repeated requests.
We also received no leads from the promised "SEO and marketing" efforts.
If you're considering hiring this company, ask yourself whether you'd rather spend $2,500 on something you'll actually receive.

We Trusted the Guarantee. We Regret It.
This company's promise is simple: "No BS. Try us for 30 days. If you're not happy, we'll give you your money back." That's what sold us.
Unfortunately, our experience didn't come close to matching that promise.
Kai tells a compelling story on social media. We believed what he was selling. Nearly three months later, we still don't have a functioning website, our account manager repeatedly failed to follow through on commitments, and despite all the promises of SEO and marketing, we have not received a single lead.
Because we kept giving them opportunities to deliver on what they promised, we ended up beyond the 30-day refund window. The result? No refund, no working website, no leads, and $2,500 lost—not to mention a significant portion of our busiest season.
A refund would demonstrate accountability, but it can't give us back the time or business opportunities we lost while waiting for them to deliver. We were also told that a refund was no longer being considered because of the reviews we left after our experience. Our goal in sharing this is simple: if it helps another small business avoid the experience we had, then it's worth writing.
Our experience simply did not match the guarantees that convinced us to become a customer.

Unable to Deliver What They Say
Kai sounds great on social media and tells a good story with a lot of confidence. Unfortunately, my experience was not the story he tells. He says, "try is for 30 days, if you're not happy we'll give you your money back." Well it's been almost 3 months and I have no functioning website, an account person that doesn't follow through with what he says he will do, and not a single lead generated by all the SEO and marketing they say they'll do. To top it off, due to giving them multiple chances and get things right, it put me over their "30 day" mark and now I get no refund. The result is $2,500 wasted, not a single lead, and a large chunk of the busy season over with. Shame on me for believing someone will get done what they say will get done.

Signed up..the ghosted me
Signed up yesterday. Took the $297 deal. Booked an onboarding call for next day. Got multiple reminders for the meeting, then sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes. Called and he said "sorry i dont have you on my calendar" then hung up on me. Starting to think this is a scam. They have a bunch of bad review then within the last 48 hours have a handful of 5 stars

Run! Find some one local!
Run!! Find a trustworthy company to help you! This company is a scam, real fast to take your money, and offer you a website and all the things. The website the presented was total garbage. AI can build you a better web page. read deep into their fees and refund policy. they try to hide it and don't walk you through it, but they will make money off every one of the calls and text you receive through the app the want you to download for leads.

Skip this company.. ZERO benefit but constant headaches.
It seems like ANY negative review that comes through, they respond with "we cannot find anyone named xxxxxx" I can assure you that I am a real human and before they attempt that line, The name of the rep i dealt with for three months is B F. (this company got a little pissy when I posted the actual name to prove I was a real customer so i had to delete the actual name)
Moving on. Heres an exact copy and paste of the email I sent to their employee, my rep to cancel.. (gives context)
"When we were initially on boarded, we paid a quarter in advance to save money on some type of upfront cost.
Upon renewal, I instructed BF verbally as well as via email that we wanted to switch to monthly billing because to be honest, by now, I am frustrated with several things.
In case you care, here are a list of those things;
1. My app is glitchy as hell. I had calls with my rep about this and he blamed it on verizon. I went to verizon and they literally laughed and said, that would be the same as blaming the internet connection because an email server isn't operating properly. If software is having issues, its the software, not the cell provider. On this same topic, none of the "leads" are emailed anymore to the mail email box like they used to be either. For some reason, that just stopped.
2. Getting website changes has been a nightmare. Take for example right now. On the front page, there are three extra "buttons" to the left of the "Get a free quote' box.
I specifically asked my rep that those three buttons be "Click to schedule service" "Explore Financing" and the third one to be labelled "(our promotion website)" as we promote our free system refund program. If you look at the website, that's not done.
3. I cannot attribute one single dollar earned in the last three months to Stone Systems. We are not a new company and anytime someone filled out the "get an estimate" tab, it was referred customers or existing customers. All I can attribute to Stone systems, is problems and poor communication.
4. As of now, we were NOT moved to monthly billing and customers are unable to click "get a free quote" and have anything pass through to my very glitchy app.
_____________
TO which his answer was... "It would be my pleasure to cancel you."
Cool! But typically businesses want to fix their errors instead of throwing in the towel.
Ok... Cue the response from Stone Systems blaming me or not recognizing me as a customer at all...

Absolute trash
Absolute trash, impossible to get ahold of anyone when there's issues. I switched my website over to them and went from 6 calls per month to zero. I called them to explain and they said it was my fault for not getting more reviews. all they do is use "gohighlevel" which you can do without them and save hundreds per month.
July 16, 2026 Edit to add: I’ve now had my account canceled for three months and the company is still billing me. I had to put a stop payment on my credit card and just this week they billed me through my debit card I used to sign up with them.
