Scam artists. Still trying to take money out of my account every month 5 months AFTER cancellation.

My website has been down for almost a month. Ive been told it will get fixed right away and now i havent even gotten a response in 3 days

Their initial foray demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of our business, and a definitive lack of research. They didn't even look at the current website. Our decision to stick with our own website stalled them. We wanted the features we had, with a lot of SEO help. Help is not their strong suit. And they kept threatening to cut off our phones - but wouldn't respond with what phones.

They reached out and promised Internet marketing assistance and I prepaid for 3 months and nothing happened.

Be careful with these guys. They will promise you the world with a SEO site. Then you will change customer managers 5 times and no one will respond to you. If I could give one piece of advice start small.

I canceled my project before any work was performed and was charged approximately $900. I requested a copy of the contract that allegedly authorizes this charge, but despite multiple requests, I have not received it. I cannot verify the validity of the fee without seeing the agreement. I hope the company resolves this by either providing the signed contract or refunding the charge. This was a very disappointing experience.

Avoid Stone Systems. Copy and paste websites, minimal effort, and no response when you try to cancel. I have been trying to cancel my service with Stone Systems for two weeks. I have called multiple people multiple times, left multiple voicemails, and sent emails. Nobody has returned my calls, responded to my emails, or even confirmed that my cancellation request was received. Their communication was easy to find when they wanted my business. Now that I want to cancel, they have seemingly vanished. The quality of the service was equally disappointing. Another contractor contacted me and showed me his Stone Systems website. It was literally identical to mine. The same layout. The same content. The same structure. The only meaningful difference was the company logo. These are not custom websites. They appear to be copy and paste templates sold repeatedly to contractors as though they are unique. I also reviewed the health of my website through Ahrefs, and it ranked very poorly. Stone Systems does not appear to actively monitor, maintain, or improve the websites it sells. Instead, issues are only addressed when the customer finds them and specifically asks for something to be fixed. That has been my entire experience with this company. They do the absolute minimum, reuse the same website across multiple contractors, fail to actively maintain the product, and then become unreachable when a customer tries to leave. A marketing company should help a business stand apart from its competitors. Stone Systems gave me the same website as another contractor and then ignored me when I attempted to cancel. I would not recommend trusting this company with your website, your marketing, or your recurring payment information.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I have received zero leads. The service was presented as though it would bring significant opportunities and make a real difference for my business, but that has simply not happened. I have paid a substantial amount of money and have gotten no results. Communication has also been extremely poor. I have repeatedly tried to contact ''''', and he frequently tells me, “I’ll call you back,” but then never does. He regularly avoids my phone calls, making it extremely difficult to get answers or resolve problems. There was also an issue with how my system was originally set up online. I agreed based on that understanding, only to later discover that I had been charged another substantial amount. I also find the communication process unnecessarily difficult. Even for a simple conversation, ''''wants to use Zoom, yet when I try to arrange a time to speak with him, he is often unavailable. I should not have to repeatedly chase someone down just to get basic communication about a service I am paying for. At this point, I have received: - Zero leads or meaningful results - Very poor communication - Repeated promises that have not been followed through - An unresolved issue with the original setup - A promise of free additional months that was apparently not honored - Additional unexpected charges - Significant difficulty getting someone to speak with me directly I am very disappointed with the way this has been handled. I need an explanation for the charges, an explanation of what happened with the promised free months, and a clear resolution regarding the fact that I have received zero leads despite paying for this service. I am no longer interested in being given more promises. I need the situation addressed and resolved.
