This company manufactures lightweight marble veneered washroom partitions, an excellent product which I recently specified for a heritage restoration project in Vancouver, Canada. Unfortunately the hardware required for installation is not included with the product and is not available from the multitude of suppliers we have contacted across North America (the panels are 1-1/4" thick whereas the standard thickness is 1"). Myself, the contractor and the owner have requested direction from StonePly numerous times but have had no response, we will probably have to resort to custom manufacturing the components we need. This of course means more project delays and cost over-runs. Extremely disappointing lack of service and follow-up from such a supposedly reputable company.
