Ordered $50+ of needlepoint kits
Ordered $50+ of needlepoint kits. Received order confirmation and my credit card charged within 24 hours, but no indication of ship date. Waited for same for 1 week. Then called the phone number indicated for “any questions:” no reply. Same x5 calls. No email with shipping date. Reported the company as fraudulent to Credit card company. Finally the kits appeared in the mail, but this company has still never returned a request for a call back or email! There are other companies who carry these products with immediate customer service and shipping. Go elsewhere!
