BAD customer service
I placed my order for two custom prints. Two days later i logged into my account to see if they have been shipped. I see that two completely different prints are showing they're being printed. Ive tried contacting them via website chat, phone, Instagram, and email with no response. I am freaking out since it is so expensive. Update: I finally heard from a rep. They cancelled the order and say the refund will hit my card in a few days. I’ve decided to try this company ONE more time because I would really like the prints. I am leaving the 1-star until I receive my product because I see other reviews about people receiving their orders with incorrect information and/or super late. Their FAQ page says custom orders are delivered within 7-9 days. So, I should have it by August 21st at the latest.
