Just contacted customer service someone answered the phone I gave them my order # he said it was shipping out tomorrow and hung up on me. This seems to happen from time to time I dont know why.

e do mnot know either. we do not hang up on anyone.. check your cell phone for issues with your cell phone carrier

we are very sorry but the shipping issues have mostly been due and related to COVID and we lost 3 guys to COVID so its not like we did not try/ we have suffered from COVID just like anyone else but things are starting to get better now our appologies
