Hey Tony, Sorry to hear about your situation. I went to look at your order to diagnose the issue and see if there was some sort of hang-up in the process that can be avoided in the future. The order was submitted on 7/21, it was packaged and shipped 7/22, and arrived on 7/25. So it looks like we packaged and shipped the package 1 business day after we got the order, that's pretty standard practice. But what is disappointing that we used the 2-day shipping label and it took UPS 3 days! I will make sure to give the UPS guy a very stern talk next time I see him. Hopefully when you imagine that discussion, it will ameliorate your sensibilities. If there's anything else we can do, please let us know by sending an email to [email protected]
