My merging process
My account on stex•com was disabled and I honestly thought I had lost access permanently. I was very worried because I still had funds and important account history there. Later, I found out that the platform had moved to a new domain, stex•ltd, and that users needed to merge their old accounts. I contacted the support team and explained my situation. They responded and guided me through the account merge process step by step. With their help, I was able to successfully merge my old account and regain full access to everything again. The process took some time, but the support team was patient and professional, and they stayed with me until the issue was fully resolved. I’m really relieved and happy that I got my account back. Based on my experience, I can say the support team did their job and helped me when I needed it most. Thank you to the STEX support team for helping me
