Steve.AIReviews of steve.ai

Site is usless, regardless what you tell it to do. Just spits out a generic video. It's a Spam site collecting email addresses. Sends a dozen emails a day and have disabled the unsubscribe button. URL unreachable.

false marketing!!! it advertises as free software but when we want to download it asks to upgrade to premium or give a 5 star review here to get free download, i gave a good review but it did not let me download. it is a scam . fugg this steve ai

experiencem

this is amazing i love it

Really disappointing experience with Steve.ai and the entire team. I have ordered the premium version on April 16 and until I am writing this review, no one helped me except a vain chat that someone come and say they are issuing a refund and it will happen within 7 to 10 business days. However, after a month I am still waiting. Finally, I had to file a dispute with my bank as Steve.ai do not refund you.

Cancelled on dashboard but billing continued! Just cancelled with them on their app online but then seen a message come through PayPal that they immediately reactivated the subscription payment. Not great behaviour on their side at all!

false promotion

Their customer service is terrible. The app does not work on mobile. And if you make the mistake to sign up for a monthly plan then want to cancel (they give no refunds even if same day), the site is broken and it does not allow you to cancel. And if you ask them to cancel it for you they won't. So you're stuck! Run away from this company. Do not ever buy it.
