I ordered myself a classic III Litmann Stethoscope with engraving. Shipping was fairly quick! I was surprised. My stethoscope is PERFECT. I have two other litmann stethoscoped but wanted to treat myself, while they are getting repaired!

Great thanks

I was recently a patient in a trauma ICU and had two fabulous R.N.’s that went above and beyond in caring for me. As a physician with years of giving instead of receiving care (I much prefer the former), I wanted to show my appreciation and having learned they were both in need of replacement stethoscopes, ordered a Littman for each of them. The package was sent directly to the medical center where they were employed, but somehow through no fault of the seller were lost in the mail. Quickly and easily I was able to speak with Paul Paresky in customer service who politely and efficiently addressed my concerns and eventually sent two more stethoscopes at no additional charge to the greatly appreciative recipients. Top shelf service. I’ll never buy a stethoscope from anyone else again.

Name engraved and delivered fast.

Quick ship and the engraving looks great.

Great for work!

The ordering procees was super easy and even with engraving I received my order in 2 days! Very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend!

Your representatives responded to my question re: needing spare parts within 24 hrs with both an e-mail and a phone call. I received the same quick, personal service after I ordered the wrong spare parts for my older model stethoscope - helping me to easily return that order and reorder the correct parts, which I received in days! Thank you for such exceptional customer service .
