I did a purchase almost 2 weeks algo. They doesn't answer calls and doesn't help vía email

i was asking for promo codes for the steth. so i emailed and called the site the caller said that theres no promo, so i bought one. Then after a few days someone emailed me and said they have a promo code. I asked if i could still get the promo code because the caller lied and said there wasnt. No reply after that. Thats the last time im gonna buy in the site.

Stethoscope too heavy and had to pay for return shipping!! Not happy! Paid for absolutely nothing!!

I received the stethoscope in a box that was held together by a rubber band. I feel like I received an used stethoscope. I've ordered several stethoscopes over the years and never received one in such poor condition.

I ordered lavender it came and the color is very different then what was shown on line. Currently working with someone to get a different one but have not heard back from them on how to do the exchange.
