We were able to compare the model 3100 and 3200 easily and made a choice of the 3100. Check out was smooth and delivery was on time. Pleasant surprise. After one day of trial the 3100 is an excellent instrument.

I can always rely on stethoscope.com. It's quick and easy. I had lost my steth twice already when I got extremely busy. Everytime I ordered a new one from this site and they got fast delivery, even with engravement. The price is also unbeatable comparing to reliability and the ability to be able to personalize the product.

So I ended up canceling my order due to unrelated reasons, yet this company was still very accommodating and very friendly. When I initially placed my order It was custom for some engraving, and they actually did call me as per my instructions to clarify what I wanted engraved. Point is, I didn't spend any money yet they still went out of their way to call me on the phone and take care of me. I give them two thumbs up, an excellent first impression.

I was looking for a stethoscope as a gift for my son who is graduating from medical school and found stethoscope.com in a google search. Their prices were great, they had everything in stock that I was looking for, they offered quick engraving and shipping. I ordered one right away only to find out it was not the one my son wanted. Called the next morning and the customer service rep could not have been nicer about making a change. It still shipped out immediately and I had it within three days of the order. Amazing and friendly service, great prices. Absolutely I will be back to order from this company!
