I initially ordered a Littman Classic 3 on line but had second thoughts and called the next morning to see if it was too late to get the Cardiac 3 instead. No problem. It arrived 2 days later and is vastly more effective than my old stethoscope. Just now ordered a Classic 3 for my daughter, The price was very good on both instruments and the service excellent. Ordering was easy. I have always had a Littman Cardiology throught my nursing carreer. Once I received the product, I saw excellent quality. thThe only problem that I had was I paid for priority mail to be received in three days. Unfortunately that was not the case. Was to be delivered on Monday the 18th. Watching the tracking, it just stopped telling me where the pkg was. Finally, on Wednesday, saw a message that said my pkg had been delayed and als told me the delivery date was just an estimate. Why pay for priority mail if its not a priority? Disappointed in the delivery experience. I thought that was expensive price to pay for not getting priority delivery as was stated. However, I do like what I ordered, and I would order again. HOPING the delivery process will be better.

My engraved stethoscope I ordered came in exceptionally fast. I am impressed. The company has a great selection at great competitive rates.

As usual I needed a gift last minute. I called and spoke with Noel Silvia, she was so helpful. They were able to engrave my stethoscope and have it to me next day. The engraving was so pristine. It was an enjoyable transaction. I defiantly recommend the company.
