Ordered from this site because it was one of the only companies that would engrave the bell and diaphragm of the Littmann Classic III stethoscope, instead of just the tubing. My stethoscope arrived 2 days after I ordered it - even with the engraving. My only suggestion would be to offer the engraving in different fonts. Overall, I had a great experience with this company.
