I ordered a stethoscope for my wife and requested engraving. Much to my surprise, I got an email within an hour saying it was shipped. I figured that they must have missed my request to engrave it, but I was wrong. It arrived within 2 days fully engraved and in perfect condition. That is what customer service is all about. What a fantastic experience! My wife loves the stethoscope. Thank you for such an awesome experience!
