I ordered an engraved stethoscope at noon on a Saturday. When I got a shipping notice within 2 hours, I was a little nervous that the engraving request had been missed. In spite of using standard free shipping, my stethoscope arrived on our porch on Monday afternoon -- 48 hours after I ordered. Engraving was perfect! I was super impressed! I didn't receive the stethoscope within the five days of shipment. So I waited another four days because of Holidays cargo could take awhile. Sure enough when I called customer service, they gave me the tracking number and told me they delivered the package a few daya ago and to check on it in the apartment office. Sure enough it was there . Thank you!
