Your shipping time is shockingly short. You should use ups. The engraving is a bit light.

I docked 1 star because the stethoscope is sticky. I’ve never had one arrive to me sticky before. Otherwise I love it. It very clear and loud. I am partially deaf in one ear and I can hear very well with this stethoscope. I do recommend it. I plan to buy a cover for it.

I ordered my stethoscope on a Monday. It didn't deliver until Friday even with express shipping. That's why I'm rating a 4 and not a 5.

I would give it five stars but the site lacks an option to indicate if the order is a gift. I placed the order and contacted customer service to alert them not to include any receipts with the delivery. They contacted me back after the order was shipped. Everything else went well and the product was great!
