Arrived timely and as ordered

I have had the same Littmann Master Cardiology Stethoscope for 14 yrs. It was devastating when it literally fell apart. I went to every uniform and supply place in Jacksonville and no one either carried the Master Cardiology or they were asking over $ 350.00. I was referred to stethoscope.com by a college and was told they have the best prices, better than Amazon. It was quick, easy and had free shipping. With tax and engraved this time, it was the same price my 1st one cost me ($ 210.00) I ordered it on Monday and received it Thursday. Happy to be back in business.....

While making my purchase I did not see that this website clearly states that you cannot ship to temporary addresses such as hotels. Well it turns out my package was lost by the hotel and when I called the customer service representative he took care of everything free of charge and sent me a new order. I am now waiting for my reorder to be sent to my permanent home address. If the package arrives I will definitely be ordering again and again from this site. Thanks stethoscopes.com

I needed 9 engraved stethoscopes as graduation gifts for students to give as tradition at a banquet coming up the following weekend. As it was Monday night by the time I was able to make this important purchase, I was worried about whether the gift would arrive on time. I felt I was taking a chance going online to save money and time and went ahead and purchased from this company in a hurry. I did not know what to expect in terms of realistic timing for the company to engrave and ship, quality of the engraving or stethoscope, or shipping time. I did pay for express shipping, but I was shocked Wednesday morning when the package of 9 as described, neatly-engraved stethoscopes had already arrived from more than halfway across the continental United States! The stethoscopes arrived way faster than I had expected and the engraving was very well done for how ridiculously fast the process was. They must have gotten the shipment out within an hour of opening on Tuesday for my order to have arrived as fast as it did. I will definitely be ordering from them again for next year's graduate gifts!
