I ordered the stethoscope as a graduation present. The picture on the web was an excellent representation of the actual scope and its colors. I had it engraved and it looks like it's an original part of the scope - and just like the graphic sample on-line. Turn-around time was much faster than I thought it would be.

Quality stethoscope, delivered very quickly with 3 day shipping. Customer service was amazing as they promptly responded to my email and fixed an engraving error that was my fault. Stethoscope was engraved and shipped the day after I ordered. This was purchased as a college graduation gift and it was a huge hit. I would place another order in a heartbeat (pun intended!) if I needed one!

The product met the description exactly as described. I got it a few days before the estimated arrival time. The website was user friendly, updated me frequently on shipping/delivery status, and I overall loved the product itself.
