Everything was great from the ordering to receiving my product. Product is worth the price. My only complaint is I had my daughters name engraved and they engraved with silver so it really doesn't stand out. I have purchased one before and that engraving was done in black which stood out very nicely. This helps student and employees stethoscopes to not walk off as easily when a name is engraved,stands out and easily seen.

Checkout was easy, but I paid $13 for shipping and was given a date and it took 1-2 days after it’s arrival date to give me an update as to where it was and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. Next time I’ll just get the free shipping if it was going to take that long. Not really yalls fault but just a bit frustrating.
