In 1997 I bought a Littman Cardioscope SE when I graduated as a nurse practitioner. Recently I went to use it and found that the ring that holds the diaphragm on had deteriorated. I easily found and installed the replacement diaphragm, pediatric ring and ear pieces. I am now retired but still sometimes need my stethoscope. All is in working order.
