I have had my stethoscope for 20 years. Recently the diaphragm came off, the ring had broke holding it in place. I ordered a replacement and it came within days. Very happy with this product. It was easy to replace and I am up and going again.

The process was simple and straightforward. Bought the Littman on sale that my son wanted. Sale made it cheaper than Amazon. So I added engraving and an accessory to get free shipping. The items arrived earlier (in 4 days) than the originally proposed ETA (of 8 days). Overall, good experience and would recommend purchasing from them.
