Ordered last Saturday or Friday still have not received almost week later...

Still waiting for a response to multiple emails several weeks ago about providing a refund for tax exemption on my order

I'm disappointed, because at the time I made the purchase I selected the option $ 4 and was charged to me $ 38 for shipping.

I was really excited after ordering my new littmann, but their slow shipping and lame tracking changed my mind completely. I needed the package to arrive for a certain date so picked "5 business days option" at checkout. Now it has been longer than that and all tracking says is Shipped without an expected delivery date.

Wrong size part...no info about returns. Tried to call left message. Called back but I was working and unable to speak to representative.

I purchased a Littmann Cardiology Replacement Stethoscope Tubing which did not appear to be in new condition. The rubber was rough and sticky. The only decent experience was the return process which was relatively easy, though return shipment was an extra expense.

Although the item I purchased arrived before expected and the item was in good shape, the color that I purchased was a mistake and I wanted a different color. Unfortunately stethoscope.com does not provide returns if the stethoscope has been ingraved. Therefore my wife is stuck with a stethoscope she doesn’t want.

As a medical specialist living outside the USA, having ordered stethoscopes in the past twice , I was not able to pay with my credit card nor could the stethoscope be shipped to Bonaire ( Dutch Caribbean ) nor to my post order company in Florida. MY recommendation is that this company should not send mail and offers to non - us people as they do not do business with them ! Luckily a friend of mine was visiting family in Miami and I had the stethoscope shipped to that residential address, and paid via Amazon.
