I am very disappointed with the way my product arrived. It came with the box completely destroyed. A health product should come with much more care and affection. My stethoscope may have been damaged the way it arrived. I wonder what must have happened for it to arrive this way.

I still haven't received the product. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter. IT IS STILL ON HOLD. I called, my son called, my daughter called and she got upset. She didn't answer the phone. WE ARE worried. They charged me and it hasn't arrived.

This is not what I ordered! I want my money back!

I am being asked to complete a customer service review before receiving what I ordered.

I payed top dollars to have it shipped over night. When ordering it said engraving will not delay your order. I changed my mind and ordered engraving because of that pop up. Obviously it did delay delivery as I did not receive the next day. Not even Saturday delivery.

Its been over a week since the last update on tracking information. Which only announced the package had shipped and would be late. Little Information provided

It is not the right part

Ordered a stethoscope colour that they said was in stock, got an email saying that it was not in stock any more. Called to change that order, and they changed it for me. Good up until then. Said that delivery date was October 10th, but that was a lie. It got delayed to October 15. It's almost as if they want me to not get a stethoscope on time...
