Received an email of my purchase but did not receive an email when scope had shipped or a tracking number. This is my only issue. Spending that amount of money you want to know where your purchase is. Scope arrived within 4 business days and it's beautiful and I can finally hear my pt's again! Tip: Get an old or buy new a black coil 9 foot telephone cord and put it on your tubing if you intend to wear it around your neck. Over time body oils from your neck will deteriorate the scope tubing and you'll have to replace the tubing. The cord is cheap and light and works well to protect it. Would buy again from stethoscope.com

The website would not process my order (it was cyber Monday to be fair) but I called and immediately spoke with a rep who was super helpful and was able to immediately process my order. I received the engraved stethoscope 3 days later which was excellent!
