Easy ordering process with quick delivery. Great looking product. Appreciate the engraving of my daughter's whole name on the bell (the other dealer I was looking at would only put 3 initials on the bell). Thank you. I ordered my last two stethoscopes from here and had the same great experience.

They were great! Even called to say it might take an extra day or 2 for the color I wanted, so I could choose another color or wait. I waited. I haven't been to work, but it sounds good on myself. And the engraving on the head looks great! Plus, they're local to me. Win! win!

I ordered a stethoscope that never made it to my house. When I called to tell them I never received the stethoscope the rep. Apologized and immediately sent me a replacement no questions asked. I really appreciate that kind of customer service!
