Would have rated higher but shipping was slower than promised. Good prices n good product.

I ordered the rainbow Littman Classic I I in Caribbean. I received my personalized item in a timely fashion, however, I got the raspberry instead. I called to ask why this happened and they quickly offered to send the proper tubing. All in all, I am pleased with my new gadget!

product was great but 2 day express shipping with the POST OFFICE??? PLEASE , took 4 days to get here. Otherwise I love your store.

Ordered 2 stethoscopes with engraving - had sooner than expected, quality engraving. Overall great cost and service

At first I had a hard time figuring out if the replacement piece I was ordering would fit because my style wasnt listed with the pictured item. A more thorough search by style listed all that the item would accommodate. I placed the order. Disappointed that shipping was almost the same price as the item which could have fit in a standard envelope. I was pleasently surprized it arrived within days! The piece fit perfectly! Again, the item arrived within the week. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. And I surely wont hesitate to pass the word to others! Just work on shipping cost!

Shipping too long

The online service and delivery was fast, quite pricey shipping for 2 plastic stethoscope diaphragms and $10+ is your cheapest shipping choice which is ridiculous!!

Ordered one of the 3M Littman's stethoscopes for a gift. Their selection is wide and comparable to other online stores, making it easy to pick. Best thing, engraving was included. The only thing is that I didn't know how the engraving was going to look like as the website doesn't show or allows you to pick the type of font. Thankfully, the engraving came out nice and legible. And it was delivered faster than I thought. Just four stars because of the engraving issue.
