Wow!! The customer service is Phenomenal!! Placed my order Thursday afternoon. On my doorstep Saturday. Always a quality product. The engraving is such a nice touch.

Replacement parts. I ordered some replacement parts from Stethoscope.com and they were sent out promptly via the US Postal Service. Unfortunately the Postal Service lost the parts in New Hampshire according to the USPS tracking data. When I notified Stethoscope.com they promptly sent me the parts again via Priority Mail and I received them quickly that time. They responded to my inquiries immediately and courteously. Kudos!

I’ve always been weaker in my auscultation skills, but with this stethoscope I feel fully confident that weak equipment had set me back. With this, the sounds are crystal clear, the ear pieces fit in comfortably without the need for tedious adjustments, and the material seems high quality enough to last many years. Thank you!
