After my scope had been stolen. I came across your site. I found the scope I had, rainbow Caribbean blue 28",. I called the number. The person I spoke with was very polite, helpful, and professional. I ordered my scope engraved, and was very excited to receive my new stethoscope in only a couple of days and in perfect condition. Thank you, I will order again and recommend your site.

The price and quality of stethoscope was great. Fast shipping. I was disappointed though that the box said the right color but it was a different color in the box.

I did not receive the stethoscope I thought I had put in my cart. I had called customer service but did not hear from them until a week later after I gave them a poor customer review. They called several times and when they did get ahold of me I was told they would exchange my engraved stethoscope which they do not usually do. I received another call a week later saying they were not going to exchange it because of the engraving. Apparently the person I spoke with had not made a note stating that she agreed to the exchange. When I informed the customer service representative of what I was told he agreed to the exchange. It took longer to receive my new stethoscope and they sent it to the wrong address. I am glad they exchanged my stethoscope and it is beautiful, but the service was rocky. I would rate it more 3.5 stars.

I purchased the Littmann Classic II S.E. in caribbean blue with the rainbow chestpiece and engraving. I honestly love my stethoscope; although the online images does not match the actual product, it's much darker, I still like it plus it's very stylish. I do wish there were different options instead of brass but its not a deal breaker, I also like that it was discounted as well. Overall, I recommend this product to anyone in the medical field.

Purchased a master cardiology 3 in olive/smoke, a really great looking combo for a male RN imho. Fair price, fast shipping and nice engraving option A+ for stethoscopes dot com. The only minor problem I have is with the packing or lack of. Scope is put in large priority box with no filler to prevent crushing. The outer usps box and inner scope box took a beating. Some crumpled paper would solve that. Just a thought.

Easy service and quick delivery

The stethoscope arrived quickly, which was great. I ordered the brass stethoscope with black tubing. I opened the box to see ugly orange headset contrasting with the great-looking brass diaphragm. I had engraved the brass head, making return not an option...I wish I had realized this beforehand! However, the stethoscope itself was good quality (Littman Master Cardiology, which replaced my twenty-year old one) so I was pleased with its function. I was disappointed with the deceiving photos that are visible on line, that make the color look quite different. I gave it 4 star because the stethoscope quality is great, and delivery, just not the brass headset....

Shipped fast, arrived safe and cost less (including into consideration the shipping) that others.
