Aside from a rather poor color reproduction on the web site I would be giving 5 stars. The products were easy to locate, the descriptions clear and concise. The engraving on the product was top-notch and matched the other etching perfectly. This was for a gift and that gift was very well received.

I bought this for my boyfriend, who works in a hospital. He requested it by name, so I got it. It came in with the engraving, which was beautiful, and the stethoscope works great! He loves it! It is a little heavy, but otherwise a great buy!

Well you cannot go wrong with a littman stethoscope! The only improvement I would suggest is to send an email verifying delivery ... I had to call to find out about my package!! Customer service was expedient and helpful.

It was easy to order and confirmation was prompt. It arrived earlier than expected in excellent condition. Litman stethoscope 3100 is what I had expected at least for now.
