Fast confirmation of order and secures validity of the order before final confirmation is made.

The site had what I wanted, at a decent price and the items were in stock. A glitch in the ordering system failed to include one of the items that I ordered which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Prompt delivery of a quality item

Got the repair pieces in timely manner and they fir perfectly

Out of stock for color I wanted but other than that great experience

The product was as described

The PRODUCT itself was beautiful and exactly as described and the shipping, that I paid extra for was quick. I was VERY DISAPPONTED that I paid extra for engraving and you could barely read it. It was NOT highlighted, outlined, nothing, and very small. So unless you knew to look all past the highlighted, engraved product information, you would have never known it was engraved.

It's works great! But my only complaint is the color online is not the color in reality. That's what disappointed me.
