Ordered parts for Cardiology II Littman Stethoscope. The diaphragm cover did not fit well, but was able to use the ring (which is the piece that I needed). Was difficult to tell when ordering, if I was ordering the right parts.

Awesome sound quality, easy to use. Not too happy about paying almost 40.00 for 2 day shipping and not recieving the product for four day, this could be due the rural area in which I live. This stethoscope is well worth the money.

Quick delivery, reasonable price for hard to find parts for an older Littman stethscope

Easy to use website. But expensive shipping.

The color was a little off but the product seem sturdy and well made. Wish my name was brighter, because it was difficult to see. The service was good and I received my stethoscope is a timely manner. So far so good

No complaints at all, good job !

Great experience overall. Their customer service office phone was off for the holidays so the system said to e-mail. I received no intelligible response after sending my e-mail.

All went smoothly
