I buy a lot of things online with living in Alaska as we don't always have things here that we can get in the lower 48 states. I placed my order on Sunday December 13th 2020 after 2200pm and on Monday before 1000am I received a call from Scott at Stethoscope.com asking if I had an alternative address to ship to as they do not ship to P.O. Boxes as the package was coming by FedEx. I gave him the new shipping information and then on Wednesday my package had already arrived. I have ordered many times from stethoscope.com and have always been impressed with the speed with which I received my order and the price they offer. This time I ordered a new electronic stethoscope, and it was lost in the mail system. I sent stethoscope.com a message just stating that the package was late. They tracked it found that it had been lost in the system, and had a new stethoscope with my engraving Prepped and sent to me immediately. I received the stethoscope within three days.
