I ordered an engraved Littman Classic III stethoscope the Friday before Christmas and got it that Monday! When I got the email-the same day-saying my order had shipped I thought “Yeah, sure it did. Must have forgotten to engrave it”. Nope! Engraving-done! Incredible!
