I received my stethoscope quickly, within 2 days I received my purchase. I’m used to the lightweight Littman, but I lost it. Had it for several years when working at a doctors office. So I decided to buy the cardiology IV and expected it to be heavier. However, this stethoscope is lightweight and the sound is clear. I haven’t had the issue of “sticky tubing” that I read from other reviews. I love how it looks and it functions as it should so I’m pleased. I just hope it will last me years like my other one did :]

I ordered an engraved stethoscope from Stethoscope.com at the beginning of December that was estimated to be delivered within 1week. As a result of USPS's incredible delays, my stethoscope never arrived. I reached out to the company and they attempted to help track down my order but by the beginning of January, my need for a stethoscope grew very strong. I reached out to the company again and they handled the situation better than I imagined. I was given a refund and a replacement engraved stethoscope sent through FedEX. I received my new stethoscope within 2 days and am incredibly happy with the order. Although the delay was of no fault of Stethoscope.com, they still fixed the situation and gained a loyal, satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend this company for their quality products and great customer service!
