Going on my eighth electronic stethoscope in over 20+ years. This one in an excellent combo of Littmann acoustic design with Eko software. A winner. Combine this with stethoscope.com’s 2-day engraving and fulfillment...very pleasant experience.

Received my stethoscope quickly and took to work 2 days later. It was destroyed accidentally. Stethoscope.com is repairing and replacing broken parts at no charge. Thank you!!

This is a fantastic organization to do business with. My initial order went through flawlessly and arrived nearly a week earlier than anticipated. When my stethoscope showed up DOA the support staff was exceptional and took care of me in record time. 2 days later I received a functional replacement (engraved and all) along with the necessary postage to complete the RMA. I will do business with them in the future!

Great price! I was shocked at how fast my order shipped. It was delayed because of the bad weather that week but not by much. It arrived in perfect condition! The real test will be when my daughter receives it as a gift as her graduation from nursing school. I am so excited to give it to her.

After having 2 other company's take my order and expedited shipping fee's to then have them email me later to say the items are not in stock. Item was shipped next day, but with UPS taking the it's snowed and your package is still sitting at UPS and hasn't left the state. Since UPS wouldn't talk with anyone but the shipper I called customer service to ask them to inquire WHEN did UPS expect the package to start heading to me. Before I could say thank you they agent refunded my priority shipping fee. Since UPS was claiming a weather hold and was now saying we won't HONOR our shipping guarantee's meant the seller was eating the shipping costs. I did not expect them to make good the shippers fee's that IMO was on UPS NOT Stethoscope.com Well done, go ahead and continue to exceed customers expectations and you should expect great word of mouth advertising. IMO that's priceless. WELL DONE ALL, unless you work for UPS.

great service--quicker than expected--after 25 year old scope bit the dust. Same model and yet better. Thank you.

I love the quality and the look of it. The engraving made it all the more better.
