Great selection of stethoscopes. I really liked that we could have her name engraved on it. Shipping was quick and easy! I know she's going to love it!

I’ve bought from them in the past and they always send the products promptly. However, the last time I ordered something the order was misplaced by the shipper. It was a couple of weeks without having the product delivered before I reached out to them and explained the situation. Within 15 minutes of me submitting a help request, they verified and resolved my issue and sent me a replacement that I got two days later. Their customer service is awesome and I will definitely continue buying from them in the future.

1st shipment was lost with carrier however company stepped up sent a replacement and refunded shipping could t be happier.
