Number one, customer service was EXCELLENT. They quickly and efficiently responded to any questions or concerns I had. My stethoscope looks and feels great. The sound is incredible (especially since I don’t have a trained ear for using one just yet). I love the raspberry color and the high polish rainbow finish.
