Great customer service! I had difficulty with the website (MY FAULT..... not theirs!) and when I called, they were extremely helpful, kind and personable! I received my two stethoscopes yesterday and both were in perfect order! My wife has been an RN for 35 years and said the Littman that I purchased for her is the best quality she has ever had.
