I am very pleased! I ordered a stethoscope for my daughter as she is beginning nursing school and wanted something nice and engraved. It is perfect and was delivered very fast.

Product is great. Customer service was even better. My package was delayed by USPS, but customer service kept in contact with me and their liaison at USPS to make sure my package arrived. Overall wonderful experience.

Parts were great but i have one complaint, they are not delivering outside USA, as i lives in Pakistan and i had to wait several months to get parts, affecting my residency. Littman and other official stores should ensure that parts should available every where in world.
